1. How often do you ship orders?

We ship orders once every 7 days. This allows us to carefully prepare and package each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped on the next scheduled shipping day after your purchase. If you place an order right before our shipping day, it will be included in that week's shipment. If placed just after, it will be sent in the next cycle.

3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Domestic (Switzerland): 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

5. Can I request expedited shipping?

Since we ship on a fixed 7-day schedule, we currently do not offer express shipping. However, if you need your order urgently, please contact us before purchasing, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. How are the crystals packaged?

We take great care in packaging our minerals using protective wrapping and sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery. Fragile specimens are reinforced with extra padding.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. What should I do if my package is delayed?

Shipping times are estimates, and delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.

9. What happens if my package is damaged during shipping?

We take every precaution to ensure safe packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that be a replacement or a partial refund.

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the destination.

  • A crystal is a mineral that has formed with a well-defined geometric shape due to its internal atomic arrangement.
